Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously while maintaining control and safety
- Provide fresh water, administer medications (if trained), and monitor pet health
- Adhere to strict client schedules and maintain detailed activity logs
- Practice positive reinforcement training during walks
- Report any behavioral or health concerns to pet owners promptly
- Clean up after pets and maintain clean walking equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and walk 3-5 miles daily
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic pet first aid certification (provided during training)
