Responsibilities
- Safely leash, walk, and supervise dogs in groups or solo outings
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners
- Administer basic care (water, treats, waste cleanup)
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks
- Maintain accurate client records and schedules
- Transport pets to/from walks (company vehicle provided)
- Attend monthly training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Austin locations
- Strong physical stamina and comfort with all dog breeds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic first/CPR certification (provided during training)
