Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in residential areas and parks
- Provide feeding, hydration, and medication administration as directed
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs for each client
- Practice proper leash handling and animal restraint techniques
- Report pet behavior, health concerns, and service issues promptly
- Clean up waste and maintain equipment sanitation
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and owners
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to walk dogs in all weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Physical stamina for extended walking periods
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Certification in pet first aid/CPR preferred but not required
