Responsibilities
- Lead daily walks for dogs of various breeds and sizes, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Collect and dispose of waste promptly and hygienically during every walk.
- Adhere to strict feeding and medication schedules as instructed by pet parents.
- Provide excellent customer service by updating owners via text or app with photos and updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment for all pet services.
- Monitor the health and behavior of dogs during outings and report any concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet care, dog walking, or animal handling is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A genuine love for dogs and a patient, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific care instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (some dogs require assistance).
