Responsibilities
- Conduct Daily Walks: Safely walk dogs of various breeds, sizes, and energy levels, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and fresh air.
- Pet Care Duties: Provide feeding, watering, and waste removal services during each scheduled visit to ensure the pet's comfort and hygiene.
- Admin & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, feeding schedules, and any behavioral observations in our app.
- Communication: Send real-time updates, photos, and videos to pet owners to keep them informed and reassured.
- Safety First: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and leash laws to ensure the well-being of all dogs in your care.
- Client Satisfaction: Build rapport with clients and their pets, ensuring a high standard of service at every meet-and-greet.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in dog walking, pet sitting, or animal care is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable vehicle and be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Passion: Genuine love for animals and a patient, gentle demeanor.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and responsiveness to client messages.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and reference verification.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to walk up to 2-3 miles per day and handle dogs of various weights.
