Responsibilities
- Provide safe, daily walking and exercise for dogs of various sizes and breeds.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and proper leash handling procedures.
- Collect and dispose of waste immediately and hygienically.
- Monitor dog behavior and health for any signs of distress or illness.
- Update client logs with detailed notes on the walk, including feeding and medication if applicable.
- Ensure all provided equipment is returned clean and ready for the next assignment.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Previous experience with dog walking or pet sitting is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle dogs of various sizes.
- Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
