Responsibilities
- Safely leash, walk, and exercise dogs in designated Phoenix neighborhoods
- Provide feeding, water refills, and medication administration as needed
- Monitor pet health and behavior; report concerns to owners promptly
- Clean up pet waste and maintain cleanliness during walks
- Utilize GPS tracking app to document walk routes and timing
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via text/email updates
- Adhere to all client-specific care instructions and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience handling medium/large dogs and leash training
- Basic pet first aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Background check and clean driving record required
- Must be available for early morning/evening shifts
