Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Vision and Strategic Roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Green Tech) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to align technology roadmaps with broader business objectives.
- Present strategic insights and future-state scenarios to C-level stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Drive innovation labs and R&D initiatives focused on long-term value creation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product leadership, or engineering management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and future-proofing organizations.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and next-generation computing trends.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
