Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for FY2025-2026, aligning tech capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Innovation Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing, Zero-Trust Architecture) into our core product suite.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Risk Management: Oversee enterprise architecture to ensure security, scalability, and compliance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-level executives and investors.
- Process Optimization: Drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles and improve code quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5+ year horizon) and successfully executing them.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and API design.
