Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Product Roadmap, aligning long-term technology trends with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) for competitive advantage.
- Present high-level strategy and vision to executive stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Manage the budget and resources for long-term R&D initiatives and capital projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or engineering management.
- Proven track record of defining successful long-term roadmaps with a 5+ year horizon.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech trends and their potential business applications.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing large-scale technical teams and complex, multi-year projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
