- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Drive sustainable innovation through carbon-negative data center design
- Mentor a 25-person cross-functional team of engineers and futurists
- Secure $50M+ annual innovation budget through stakeholder alignment
- File 15+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ at director/executive level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics preferred
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 20 to 100+ members
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Experience securing >$30M in innovation funding
- Deep expertise in AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted innovations
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
