Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic technical vision for the company, focusing on long-term innovation.
- Architect Future Systems: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable AI and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into our core ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-generation applications.
- Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends to ensure the company remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or product management with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, and distributed systems architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and translate abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
