Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core product lines.
- Oversee the development of internal AI ethics and safety frameworks.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify disruptive technologies and competitive advantages.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and futurists.
- Present quarterly strategies to stakeholders to ensure buy-in for major technological pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning models, LLMs, and NLP applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration preferred.
