Responsibilities
- Operational Tasks: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team leads with daily goals and operational flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and Weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to pass a background check.
