Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must be available for evening shifts and occasional weekends to support our client base.
