Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and product assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Manage a high volume of incoming tickets efficiently while maintaining a 99% customer satisfaction score.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate critical problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and support resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards for all support interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting knowledge of common software applications.
