Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex billing and account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve processes
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities aligned with customer needs
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through quality service delivery
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in remote setting with strong time management
- Flexible availability between 5 PM - 11 PM, including weekends
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional client site visits required)
