Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and merchandising updates
- Train new associates on customer service protocols
- Contribute to weekend sales events and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability for evening shifts (4PM-10PM) and weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
