Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and update CRM systems with accurate documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new service offerings
- Maintain detailed case notes and follow established SLAs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
