Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
