Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain clean, safe work areas
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with price marking and promotional signage
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Available to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for maintaining high visual merchandising standards
