Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges.

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Bag merchandise efficiently and assist customers with loading items into vehicles when necessary.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and store appearance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
