Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
