- Perform accurate data entry into our CRM and database systems.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and account support.
- Maintain accurate filing and document management systems.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless operations.
- Process payments and handle basic transaction inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
