Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve technical issues using proprietary CRM and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Document all interactions with 100% accuracy in Salesforce
- Proactively identify process improvements for client retention
- Maintain deep product knowledge across 3+ service lines
- Meet/exceed KPIs: First Contact Resolution (85%), CSAT (90%), AHT (6 min)
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across digital channels
- Strong problem-solving with data-driven approach
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends/holidays
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
