Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO/VP Engineering).
- Proven track record of scaling technology teams and products.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the FinTech or Enterprise SaaS sector is highly preferred.
