Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align future strategies with corporate vision and market positioning
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization frameworks
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused executive roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or MBA with innovation specialization
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technological disruption (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends to 2030
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., ACIF, CPSI)
