Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 SEO & AI Roadmap, aligning search strategies with emerging generative AI models.
- Oversee the integration of Machine Learning into content workflows to enhance personalization and user intent matching.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives to ensure full compatibility with future web standards and AI crawlers.
- Analyze complex datasets to forecast keyword trends and audience behavior 2-3 years out.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build AI-driven tools that automate SEO processes.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of SEO specialists and data analysts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Information Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading SEO strategies through major algorithm updates (Google Core, BERT, MUM).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, or similar data analysis tools for SEO auditing.
- Strong grasp of semantic search architecture and schema markup.
