Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Support store operations through merchandise stocking, inventory checks, and visual merchandising
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the checkout area and sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally while adhering to company policies
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Riverside location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
