Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict accountability and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area at all times.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and resolve any concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the sales floor to ensure inventory is accessible.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is preferred but not mandatory.
