Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with strict accuracy.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain an organized store appearance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with store cleanliness and organization at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous cash handling or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
