Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process customer purchases.
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and adhere to all cash-handling policies.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and stock replenishment.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
