Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and bag customer purchases using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions with high attention to detail.
- Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
- Handle money deposits and prepare daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
