Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with bagging items and maintaining inventory levels in the checkout zone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
