- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict adherence to company security and cash-handling policies.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and manage inventory checks as directed by management.
Qualifications
