- Handle returns, exchanges, and manage loyalty program memberships.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
