Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining balanced registers
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and assist with stocking shelves
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
