Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using provided POS systems and scanners
- Operate cash registers, card machines, and other payment equipment
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain organized checkout area with provided shelving and signage
- Balance daily receipts and reconcile cash drawers using supplied tools
- Operate bagging stations and assist with inventory using provided equipment
- Support store operations through equipment-assisted stock checks and order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency with ability to handle cash transactions
- Customer service experience preferred but not required with equipment training
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Reliable transportation to Miami location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
