Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, checks, and digital payments
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Maintain organized checkout stations and ensure cleanliness of the retail floor
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic office technology
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
