Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming inventory according to company standards
- Ensure accurate stocking of all product categories on sales floor and storage areas
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and display zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless transition to morning operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
