- Process transactions efficiently using company-provided POS systems and payment terminals
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and barcode readers (equipment fully provided)
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with 100% accuracy
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain organized checkout areas and restock supplies
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Participate in inventory management using provided digital tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to Boston retail locations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
