Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to company standards
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom environments
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
