Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems and digital payment terminals with precision
- Process cash, credit, and mobile transactions while maintaining accurate cash drawer
- Scan, bag, and merchandise products using our inventory scanning equipment
- Resolve customer inquiries with our digital knowledge base tablets
- Assist with inventory management using handheld scanners
- Maintain cleanliness of checkout area and provided equipment
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with digital payment systems and touch-screen interfaces
- Basic math skills and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to Lincoln, NE location
