Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory through stock rotation, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays to enhance the shopping environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
