- Process customer payments accurately using provided POS equipment and cash registers
- Scan items, handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with precision
- Assist customers with product inquiries and promotions while maintaining a clean checkout area
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies according to company policy
- Operate provided barcode scanners, receipt printers, and security systems
- Support inventory management tasks using provided handheld devices
- Uphold loss prevention standards and security protocols for all equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier experience preferred
- Proficient with basic math and handling cash/financial transactions
- Ability to quickly learn provided POS systems and retail equipment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to our Miami location with flexible availability
