- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions with product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area and sales floor at all times.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve minor customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure stock levels are maintained and shelves are stocked.
- Adhere to all company policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
