Responsibilities
- Master espresso machines and brewing techniques through paid training program
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Prepare and present specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations and equipment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Learn and maintain knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided!
- Strong commitment to learning coffee craftsmanship and service excellence
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
