Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction techniques and beverage recipes through structured paid training
- Create visually stunning latte art and specialty coffee drinks
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and espresso machine maintenance
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided!
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Team player with positive, energetic attitude
- Food handler certification preferred (will assist with obtaining)
