Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures with professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Set up, maintain, and break down event infrastructure and decor
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or event support
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
