Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffee beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain clean, organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless service flow
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of coffee preparation experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food safety certification a plus
